How do I get address block to print on letters during a mail merg.

When doing a mail merge my address block looks right on the merge screen but
when it puts it at the top of my letter it is off. It appears like this:
Paula Mayo
30 Howelton Road
Altoona, Al 35952

When I change it, it will not let me save or print it that way.

Help!!

Instead of using the Address block, insert the individual merge fields in
the configuration that you want.
