How do I get all bullets to line up at left hand side of document

If this is Word 2007, you can right-click a list item and choose Adjust List
Indents from the context menu.

Alternatively (in Word 2007 or previous versions), apply the List Bullet
style to the list items. This style is defined with no left indent, by
default.
