How do I get all Office '07 components to use "Appearance Settings

A low tech question: How do I get Office 2007 components (Outlook, Excel,
Word, Powerpoint, etc.) to inherit the "Appearance" settings I set in
"Display Properties?" Outlook seems to trump "Display Properties" with a
limited choice of Blue, Silver and Black. Don't know if it matters, but my
monitor settings are unchanged from before installation of Office 2007
(Office 2003 >did< inherit "Display Properties.")

You can't. Office now has its own color schemes independent of those Windows
offers.
