How do I get art in my Borders and Shading dialog box?

I am having trouble getting art in my borders and shading dialog box in the
page border tab section. When I click the art, it ask me if i would like to
install it. When I say yes, and it starts the installation, an error box
comes up saying that I don't have the file C:/MSOCache/AllUsers Error1311.
Can anyone help me?
