How do I get ATAN2 to run in Visio 2003?

I need to run the function ATAN2 in Visio 2003 Professional SP2 but I get a
message "function not defined". I looked at all the add-in's that I have not
loaded but cannot find one that would enable this function. Can anyone tell
me what I should do?
