how do i get attachments to appear on my sent items

You can't attach anything to an Access database form. Perhaps you have
another problem? This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access databases.
You are much more likely to find an answer in a group devoted to your
subject. I also suggest you write a description of your problem.
