How do I get attachments to insert into letter?

When i try to attach a file in outlook 2000, for some reason it now inserts
into the letter wherever the cursor is setting instead of the little popup
window underneath the letter. How do I change it back?

Change your message format from RTF to HTML or Plain Text.
