How do I get back the main toolbar in Visio?

My co-worker accidently deleted the main toolbar (File, Edit, View, etc.) in
Visio and we can't figure out how to get it back. This happened one other
time a few years back but I can't remember how I did it.

if vis 2002 then right click on any menu that is visible, then go customise
-> toolbars tab-> check in menubar. or try detect and repair if you can get
the help icon available. and tell your "co-worker" to be more cautious next
time.

will work. And yes, it really was a co-worker who did this.
