How do I get back to the file OLK61 file to delete items saved

I have items saved in OLK61 file/folder and am unable to revist the location
of the OLK61 file/folder

Never do that. It's a temporary folder that is periodically emptied.

Open Windows Explorer and enter the following in the Address field:

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK61

Click Go.

or go to Start menu, Run and type %temp% - click the folder button to
display the folders list on the left, expand the temp internet folder then
browse to the OLK folder.
