How do I get bookmarks to work in publisher when file save as pdf

I publish a newsletter for email and posting to website as a PDF file that
opens. How can I bookmark within the publisher document and have the
bookmark work once I save the file to PDF?

Using Publisher 2007

Go to the page where you want to insert the anchor/bookmark and Insert >
bookmark. Name the bookmark in the dialog and then drag the bookmark to
where you want it on the page. Go back to the page where you want to insert
the link, select the text or object > Insert > Hyperlink > Place in this
document and you should see the name of the bookmark under the page it is
on. select it and ok out.

If the link is 'killed' upon converting to a PDF then I think I remember
that the Office 2007 SP1 fixed that...or maybe it was a problem with an
email hyperlink...one of those things.
