how do i get clip board to copy to my document

What problem are you having? What are you trying to do? What steps are you
following? What is happening instead of what you expect? Are you looking for
a vba solution?

Manually, Ctrl-V works for me.

If you put as little in your clipboard as you do in your posts it could be
very difficult to paste.
