How Do I Get Contacts into Office Outlook Email

I went back to using Office 2003 after being with Mozilla and i can't get my
addresses to import into Office 2003. I also recently plugged in my mobile
and now even the addresses I did have in outlook have vanished. IS there ANY
way of getting my address book from Mozilla imported or copied into outlook
or how do I get my address book back dated to before I plugged my mobile in
?? Also when I click on send/recieve, most of my emails come in
duplicated...... how do i stop that from happening because at the moment i am
downloading 24 mail but having to delete 12 due to them being duplicates ????

I would start with Google. Heck, I start with Google at darned near any
question I have.
