how do i get cursive writing in microsoft word?

How do i get to change to cursive in microsoft word.im trying to do wedding
invatations.

I suspect using a Word group instead of this Microsoft Project group will
get a better answer, and trying to change your Font (see help in Word) might
work as well!

try posting in microsoft.public.word.newusers
but for a quick answer, select your text (control & A will select
everything) then from the menu choose format / font, on the right hand side
of this dialog box are all the fonts you have installed on your computer,
look through them until you find one you like ... suggested fonts - Monotype
Corsiva, Lucida Calligraphy
then press OK.
