How do I get endnote9 to integrate w/ word 2003 like Mac and 2004

On my Mac running OS10.4 when i open my word from office 2004 Endnote 9 opens
and there is even an endnote toolbar, but on my PC running office 2003 and
endnote 9 I dont have this integration of the 2 programs. Is there a way to
do this?
