How do I get envelope addresses printed as black on MS-Word 2003?

Word 2003 prints all envelope addresses in Blue and changing the font and
style to force black as the default has no effect. Is there a patch I need?

You're probably using an inkjet printer? For some reason, some inkjet
printers use composite black (made up of the colors in the color cartridge)
instead of ink from the black cartridge to print envelopes and other small
paper stock. If you're running low on one or more of the colors, you'll get
red, green, or (in your case) blue ink on your envelopes.
