How do I get fonts I am missing from Office 2003?

My installed version of Office 2003 is missing some fonts, which the
Microsoft Office website assures me come with Office 2003 -- like Lucida
Handwriting & Viner Hand ITC.
I've already tried looking for them on my hard drive (in c:Windows/Fonts),
and also putting in the installation disc again & setting up a search for any
files with "fonts" in them. And I've followed the directions on the website
under "install new font". None of these worked.

When you put your install CDs in, choose to change your installation, and
then choose custom install. There are fonts in a few places in there.

In addition to installing all the fonts, be sure to install any extra
templates. For example, in one of the previous versions of Office (2000, I
think it was), Arial Narrow was installed with one of the extra PowerPoint
content templates. If you didn't install those, you didn't get Arial Narrow.
