How do I get gridlines to print when printing out my contact list.

Office 2003 Student Version
I cannot get gridlines to print when I print out my contact list. I had
other earlier versions and I could get gridlines and have a choice of a
color. Is this feature not available on the current version that I have. I
also cannot get colored gridlines on my screen. Please help.
