How do I get hyperlinks to work?

After switching from AOL to Verizon, I can no longer open
hyperlinks in Outlook Express. I tried using the "RUN"
command with regsvr32 urlmon.dll, regsvr32 mshtml.dll,
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll, regsvr32 browseui.dll, and regsvr32
msjava.dll, but that didn't help. Does anyone know how I
can resolve this problem?
