How do I get index.htm to load automatically?

Web page is copied to a CD. Although autorun is turned on, it will not start.
It has autorun.inf which is supposed to run index.htm. But it doesn't. If I
try running index.htm from the start menu, it hangs. Within Front Page,
index.htm shows browser compatibility with no exceptions.

Hi Mike,

If you're running the page from the CD are all the page references, images, links, etc, on the CD?
