How do I get info from cell in a row by column heading

First post ever,I have a wks with column headings that say date,litres ,%
every week i add these three columns to the wks. In another wks i want a
formula to record the data from a row under these particular colums each time
I add data in them, sometime there is data sometime the cells are blank.Very
new at this so any detailed help would be greatly appreciated. txs

It sounds/looks like you're just duplicating the data. Why don't you just
enter the data once in the format of the 2nd wks?

Sorry i didn't explain it properly in wks 1 there is appr. 2k accs. with this
and other data in it. In wks 2 i need to have a summary of this particular
data as the year progresses for each acc. There is other data in wks 1 that
prohibits me from changing the format. Hope this helps.
