How do I get M/S help on installing OneNote? I can't find the pr.

After installing the Practice Folder from the CD provided with the OneNote
2003 Step by Step manual, I cannot locate them. The OneNote screen does not
look anything like the ones illustrated on pages 4 and 5 of the manual. The
Folder button does not respond when I click on it. I am also unable to bring
up the screen that is tiled to the right on page 5 of the manual.
