How do I get make daily log insert running date automatically?

I want to create a daily log on 8 1/2 X 11 3 holed paper. I want to type in
the beginning date (ex. Saturday, January 1, 2005) and then have the date
insert itself on sucessive pages (ex Sunday, January 2, 2005). Can this be
done in Word or Excel?
