HELP!!! I just need to send the install log file to a Microsoft Tech Support
person!! I am not a developer and cannot understand most of the log file.
I cannot install BCM (2007) from my Action Pack and have spent almost 2 days
trying to get help!! When I called the 888-455-7422 or 800-936-4900 Microsoft
Tech Support numbers, I got dropped twice and got the complete runaround by
the Customer Service person the 3rd time because she had no idea how to help
me.
When I tried to get E-mail ot Chat for support, my Product ID # (I verfied
it 3-4 times) could not be validated but there was no option to call a phone
number to get help. I have never called and therefore will absolutely not pay
$49.95!!!!
Is this how Microsoft treats our customers? Should not Partners have a
dedicated Tech Support line for regular problems? This business may go to
ACT! (Sage) because I cannot get help to help my client!!!!
