How do I get more than 3 conditional formatting options - ie. dif.

I am trying to prepare a chart for a presentation my wife is going to give at
her place of employment. I would like to use Excel's conditional formatting
function, but I would like to be able to use a different color for each
number from 0 to 10. Excel only allows three options. Is there any way to
get around this?
