How do I get MSPro 2003 w/EPS 2003 to show the Analysis toolbar

using MSPro 2003 connected to our EPS 2003. Trying to use the Export Time
Phased data to Excel. However, the Analysis toolbar option is not visible -
just does not show up - any ideas why? **Followed directions in MS Project
Help step by Step and the Analysis option is just not there. Need this to
export timephased data for our accounting dept. Urgent need!
