How do I get my 3-D shapes

I try to pull up my 3-D shapes but the menue is blank and I can not pick
anything. How do I get these to appear?

First, draw a shape with one of the other drawing tools, e.g. a rectangle.

Select the shape, then open the 3-D menu, and select a style.
