How do I get my data transfer from a form to an access database?

Hello all, I already build a test database to see if this work. I
create a form from"new from data..." and I add the field from my table
to the form, but now how do I make the information transfer to my
access database? do I need to create a button or something, do some
coding? I really have no idea I am new using infopath so pleaseee need
some help
