How do I get my Database Properties into a web page?

I am trying to publish my Entity diagram as a web page - which is easy enough
- but I want the output pages to also include the inforamtion from my
Database Properties dlg. Maybe to appear in a further window when users of
the web pages are hovering over the appropriate object?
