how do I get my document to save under my pictures?

I have made a colage that I want to save under my pictures soo I can set it
as my backround, but I have no idea how! i didnt spent 30 minutes for nothing
I WILL figure this out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it's a Word document, you probably can't use it as background,
since Windows needs to have a graphic format for that purpose.
