How do I get my Office Shortcut Bar (XP) to load automatically? .

Recently, my Office Shortcut bar disappeared and will not load automatically
(like it used to). I can still get it to start manually thru Start,
Programs, MS Office Tools. How do I get it to load automatically on startup
again?
