When I viewed the site it took me to a template based freebie hosting site.
I didn't find anything associated with Publisher. If you were trying to
upload to this site, chances are the links and pictures didn't load because
of the nature of the hosting service. When you Publish to the Web with 2003
you will get an index.htm file and a index_files folder that contain your
images and your other pages. If you use the navbar wizard in Publisher, it
writes relative links to that subfolder, and because of the way this freebie
hosting service works those links are not going to work. Its also possible
that you did not upload the index_files folder? As you have built a site
with their templates, you might just stay with that.
If you want to try Publisher again, go to Tools > Options > Web tab and
uncheck the subfolder option. This will then dump all your pages and images
together, and you might find the links to work. While you are there uncheck
the "Rely on VML..." and "Allow PNG...". If this approach doesn't work,
then you may try building your navbar manually and writing absolute links to
the other pages. Hover your mouse over one of your current links to see an
example of an absolute link in the status bar.
