I bought a keyboard in Russia. Installed the drivers. Downloaded the
Cyrillic from MS site. So now how do I get this blasted thing to type in
Russian. It has the overlays on the keyboard.

Be sure your Windows CD is available to the system.

Go to Control Panel > Regional and language support >
Languages > Details > Add

In the "Input language" drop-down menu, scroll down to
"Russian".
