How do I get my scroll bar to display in word?

You don't say which version you have or which scroll bar it is. If it's Word
2003 or earlier, the check boxes for both scroll bars (horizontal and
vertical) are on the View tab of Tools | Options. If it's Word 2007, note
that there won't be a horizontal scroll bar unless one is needed (the Zoom
ratio makes the page wider than the screen). Also, in some earlier versions
I believe there may have been no horizontal scroll bar in Web Layout view.
