how do I get my scroll right at the bottom of my email?

When looking at emails with text to the far right - I've lost my scroll right
bar at the bottom of my email - does anyone know how to put this back on -
and it keeps capitalizing the first word in each sentence even after I've
turned the option off - any ideas - appreciate it?
