How do I get my spreadsheet format back from chart format?

I accidentally hit something and turned my spreadsheet into
a chart. How do I get it back to a spreadsheet?

Dianne,

I believe a chart is simply an object reflecting the data in a worksheet. The
spreadsheet never goes anywhere just because there is a chart. It isn't an
either / or situation.

Perhaps the chart in on another worksheet. I don't believe there is any such
thing as you describe. There must be more information that you are not
providing.

Hi Dianne,

There's a shortcut to create a chart instantly. That would be to select
a range of cells and then press the F11 key on the keyboard. Perhaps you
did that.

I'm willing to bet you made what's called a "chart sheet." A chart
sheet is a worksheet that is nothing but a chart. Look near the bottom
of the spreadsheet and your chart is probably on a tab called "chart 1."
Simply click a different tab and I'll bet you will find your data.
