How do I get my spreadsheet format back from chart format?

I accidentally turned my EXCEL X for Mac spreadsheet into a
chart. How can I get it back into spreadsheet format?
It got saved...in the chart form and when I open it, it's a
chart. RATS! Lots of work on that spreadsheet. HELP!!
ANYBODY!
