How do I get my spreadsheet format back from chart format?

You can see I'm rattled. Put in my email in previous
request for help as (e-mail address removed) instead of
(e-mail address removed)!!

Same as before. I somehow turned a very important
spreadsheet into a chart and it got saved in chart format.
Is there anyway I can retrieve my spreadsheet format?
