How do I get my subjec to show in messages rec'd from others?

Andrea... Techno-phobe!

My darling son was fiddling with my laptop, and I now cannot see who messages
are from, or what the subject matter is! Can some kind soul take pity and
tell me what to do next. I have contacted my IT Department, but they are at
a loss!!!

So what DO you see?

Is it on the list of messages (e.g. Inbox) where you don't see these
items? If so, right-click on any headers that you can still see (e.g.
Received), then select 'Customize current view'. Add the names of the
missing fields back to the list.
