How do I get my *swf file to play in Front Page 2003?

I uploaded my *.swf file into my database and created a working streaming
video on FrontPage 2003. It plays great on "preview" but after uploading to
the web, there is only a blank square. What do I need to do?

This sounds like one I ran into just last week. Is there a mime-type defined for
swf files on your server?
