How do I get my To-Do Bar settings to stay?

I am beta testing Outlook 2007 for my firm and I have set up a custom filter
to arrange my task list in the To-Do bar. When I log off however, it resets.
How do I get this to stick?

try restarting outlook with the /resettodobar switch - if that fails, try
the /cleanviews switch.
