how do I get my visio diagram to print correctly?

only half of the diagram is printing on the paper, preview looks good.
checked print setting and everything looks ok.

do you have all the visio fixes applied? is the page size set the same as
paper size?

There is a SP 1 update, however I received a "patching is forbidden..." error
message when I tried to run it. I have checked all print parameters that I
know of (i.e. page size/paper size, etc.). The diagram in question printed
fine two days ago, but not today....
