The only way to get WordArt on the web for all browsers is
to convert it to an image. You may get poor results
depending on the complexity.
Save the Word doc as a web page. This creates a folder
where the WordArt will show up as imagexxx.gif. Import
only that gif into FP.
Adobe gives better results if you have it. You can copy
and paste WordArt directly into newer versions of
Photoshop or Illustrator and save as gif or jpg. If that
doesn't work, you can create a PDF of the Word doc and
open that in Photoshop, crop etc and save as gif or jpg.
