how do I get new windows to open to full screen

I am using FrontPage to create a simple web to run on a standalone computer.
The web has links to several slideshows in it. I have set up the slide shows
to run in a new window. However, when the window opens, it opens restored
down (about 75%). What do I need to do so that the windows open up maximised
(full screen).

Either open the browser in Kiosk mode (See help), or use a pop-up window
to display the slideshows. Spawn from
http://jimcosoftware.com/addins.aspx can be used to set up the pop-up
window.

Sorry to be dense. But I typed Kiosk into both browser help and FrontPage
help and found no results. What am I doing wrong?
PS I have no idea of what spawing is. I am very basic, but happy to learn.
Can you still help?

Spawn is an addin for FrontPage that enables pop-up windows to be made
very easily.
