How do I get notes on Contacts to sync with my PDA Contacts?

I have been told that you can get information included in the notes area of
each Contact in Outlook to also sync with the Contacts on a PDA. Does anyone
have any idea how to do this because as present I get the Contact on my PDA
but no notes. Many thanks!

I don't think that field is capable of being synced.

Well, of course. I didn't think. Perhaps Boywonder79 isn't using a
PocketPC.
