How do I get Office 2003 service pack 2 update to install? please

Everytime I run update I get Office 2003 service pack 2 come up but when I
try to install it the installation always fails! I have been trying for days!
Doesn't matter what I do just won't install!!!!! Also tried to email
MicroSoft (hahahaha!) Always comes up with wrong PID or product, just can't
get anywhere! Any ideas please help. Now nearly suicidal!!!!!!

Hi, do you have installed the last Excel Patch KB905756 ?
Than you have to delete the following reg keys, then sp2 update should run

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Patches\188A70814A751974F81247587F581A1E

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\9040110900063D11C8EF10054038389C\Patches
