How do I get OneNote to trust folders on my own computer?

Using OneNote 2007 ... many hyperlinks set from research ... many set to Word
Documents. All those set to Word Docs (that are all on the same computer)
generate a warning about trusted sites that must be cleared before the file
opens. I have set everything in the Trust Center per help files (through MS
Word 2007), but this doesn't effect the behavior while in OneNote. Does
anyone know a work around to OneNote not having a Trust Center?
