how do i get out of safe mode in outlook. should i?

2003 outlook opens in safe mode. don't know why or where it came from. was
there after i defragged last week. should i remove it from safe mode and how
do i do that. thanks

Do you usually close Outlook before shutting down Windows? If so, are
you sure that Outlook is 100% closed (check with Task Manager |
Processes tab).
