How do I get Outlook 2003 to pick-up ALL emails from my email ac?

I have been away for a week, and using my email account over the internet -
not through my PCs Outlook. I am back now, and see that Outlook uploads only
NEW messages only, i.e. the emails I looked at while travelling are left on
my ISP's server. How can I change my email account settings from "deliver
new emails.." to "deliver ALL emails"? Thanks in advance, Richard

Try marking all messages on isp as unread, then outlook will see them as new.
