How do I get Outlook 2003 to stop popping up instead of PeoplePC?

I want to just stop using Outlook 2003 completely. I took my two e-mail
addresses out but when I click on PeoplePC mail link, I get Outlook (now with
no messages from PeoplePC)? Suggestions?

If the PeoplePC mail program has an option for you to make it your
default mail client, that should help you as well.
