How do I get Outlook to display a calendar with today at the top

Whenever I open Outlook, or press "Go to today" - Outlook always presents a
calandar with today at the bottom, showing everything before today, but
nothing after. That's no use - I'm interested in what's coming up, not what
happened yesterday - how do I get Outlook to display a calandar starting from
today
